At CyberTAN, Product Line Management job is to oversee a solution and related products. More importantly, it's to find、expand and exploit product opportunities. We look for people who has multiple domains including but not limited to Wireless (WiFi, mobile 5G), Switches (Enterprise, Carrier), AI (IOT, Surveillance)…etc. WHAT YOU WILL DO： • Participate all aspects of the product line including driving the product strategy, product roadmap, assessing market requirements, customer application and deployment scenario, and working closely with the engineering team, Sales and customers. • Deliver strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities, good interpersonal communication and who is capable of bridging customer business requirements to technical feature sets shaped by broader market trends & internal capabilities. • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement, and business planning are required to develop go-to-market strategy for a product or product line. The PLM is often the primary bridge between customer feedback and product requirements. • Form ecosystem partnership and marketing strategy alignment with key software, hardware and chipset providers • Work closely with Sales team to secure new business deals by coordinating requirements Desired Skills and Experience: • 5+ years of related experience in wireless networking, mobile broadband, or switch related product lines • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in EE/CE/CS or equivalent are preferred • Fluent English in speaking and writing communication
