1. Affiliate Platform Development & Management
． Plan and implement an in-house affiliate marketing system to track transactions from self-media partners and platforms.
． Develop and manage commission structures, tracking mechanisms, and payout models for different affiliate categories.
． Ensure accurate reporting, commission calculation, and fraud prevention within the affiliate ecosystem.

2. Affiliate Traffic Optimization & Partner Management
． Analyze and optimize affiliate-driven traffic, ensuring quality leads and conversions.
． Develop tailored engagement and management strategies for different affiliate types, including:
Individual Affiliates: Work with bloggers, YouTubers, and social media influencers (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to create commission-based promotional campaigns.
． Cashback & Rewards Platforms: Manage partnerships with cashback and point-earning platforms (e.g., LINE, ShopBack) to increase sales.
． Comparison & Portal Sites: Work with price comparison websites and entry portals to enhance brand exposure and traffic.
． Large Traffic Platforms: Establish collaborations with high-traffic websites and media networks to increase brand reach.

3. Affiliate Marketing Campaigns & Promotions
． Plan and execute affiliate marketing events, workshops, and educational sessions to enhance affiliate knowledge of the brand and its products.
． Design and launch seasonal and promotional campaigns to drive increased engagement from affiliates.
． Provide affiliates with marketing materials, creatives, and performance insights to support their promotional activities.

4. Relationship Management & Cross-Team Collaboration
． Act as the primary contact point for all affiliate marketing partners, maintaining long-term strategic relationships.
． Work with different business units (BUs) to align affiliate strategies with specific product and sales goals.
． Consolidate and manage an organized affiliate database, ensuring smooth communication for future marketing efforts.

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
． Monitor affiliate performance metrics (conversion rates, click-through rates, revenue contribution, etc.) and implement strategies for improvement.
． Use data analytics and tracking tools to identify trends and optimize partnership effectiveness.
． Generate reports and insights for management review, ensuring transparency in affiliate contributions and ROI.
