Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements and contribute to business growth.
Territory:
This position will be responsible for the US and global enterprise key accounts, supporting existing offices in the US, and existing global key accounts.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Strategy execution & sales management and monitoring.
- Work closely with local sales to enhance sales performance.
- Implement sales and marketing strategy defined with brand team (sales and marketing).
- Work closely with local sales on pricing and tender bidding
- Develop and review segmentation/targeting strategy together with local sales.
- Monitor closely local US demands, ensuring TW factory fulfilling demands on a timely manner.
- Work with marketing teanm to propose and implement marketing promotional programs.
- Maintain of Key client relationship – account management of the clients and prospects
- Work interdepartamentally to fulfill key client demand (technical, productional, product conformity, etc)
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the Company.
