    •Provide customer technical support through the performance of on-site installation, overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, maintenance, service, and repair of equipment and radio systems.
    • Co-work with 3rd party equipment suppliers or software providers to perform system integration and troubleshooting on inter-system application issues.
    • Support the backend Technical Support Center
    •Maintaining good relationships with customers, understand their need and provide professional service to customer.
    •In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams over a variety of technology stacks and disciplines (e.g. web, mobile, middleware) in solving complex business and technical challenges.

    •Support the design verification of public safety communication solutions.
    •Develop test automation systems and software development
    •Review functionality and design, create and execute testing, highlighting any issues encountered and opportunities for improvement.
    • Create testing documentation and run test scripts based on customer
    •Conduct investigations across the full product life cycle
    • Provide technical expertise supporting the design and enhancements to Customer networks across the AM region.
    •Develop strategies to support testing and verification activities for national/regional projects.
    •Design novel solutions to complex network and customer coverage problems, including verification requirements.
    •Engage with and provide technical detail to suppliers or third parties
    •Develop and verify network performance and coverage testing for Airwave tools.
    •Develop performance management data to improve network performance and enhance the service offering to Airwave customers.
    •Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams
