    • 求才人數：1人

    - Process integration/ device/ yield improvement in technology development and transferred product projects.
    - Analyze the yield at engineering sample stage and characterize the performances and manufacturing yield window of NPI products including
    bench correlation to meet product cost targets.
    - Data mining and statistical data analysis of wafer sorting and final testing parametric to support initial product evaluation.
    - Trace probe yield, final test yield, and Etest/ WAT. Identify and continuously drive yield and quality improvement activities.
    - Collaborate effectively with internal business product & testing team, technology team, testing house team, and foundry management teams
    to improve product quality and yield. It includes improvement in technical process/ device, testing, and logistic operations.
    - Assist the test engineering team in resolving issues related to the test procedures.
    - Collaborate with external foundry teams to identify/ eliminate defect sources, create/ execute DOE (Design of Experiments), and extract/
    analyze results. Come out and implement quality and yield CIP (Continuous Improvement Project).
    - Self-directed, capable of managing complex projects, working individually and collaborating with other technologists to achieve objectives.

    •Conduct root cause failure analysis on defective wafers and devices.
    •Collaborate with process engineers and cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
    •Assist in DOE data analysis and interpretation.
    •Support new product introduction and process optimization projects.
    •Participate in regular yield review meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
    •Prepare technical reports and present findings to engineering and management teams.
    •Develop and maintain scripts or software tools to automate data analysis and reporting.
    •Data cleaning and feature engineering and develop machine learning tools for yield analysis.
