職務說明 工作內容 - Process integration/ device/ yield improvement in technology development and transferred product projects.- Analyze the yield at engineering sample stage and characterize the performances and manufacturing yield window of NPI products includingbench correlation to meet product cost targets.- Data mining and statistical data analysis of wafer sorting and final testing parametric to support initial product evaluation.- Trace probe yield, final test yield, and Etest/ WAT. Identify and continuously drive yield and quality improvement activities.- Collaborate effectively with internal business product & testing team, technology team, testing house team, and foundry management teamsto improve product quality and yield. It includes improvement in technical process/ device, testing, and logistic operations.- Assist the test engineering team in resolving issues related to the test procedures.- Collaborate with external foundry teams to identify/ eliminate defect sources, create/ execute DOE (Design of Experiments), and extract/analyze results.
