智邦科技成立於1988年，總部設立於新竹科學園區，致力於乙太網路(Ethernet)相關產品的研發設計，研發製造企業級網路通訊設備享譽全球，藉由多元完整的產品線、優異的通訊技術研發能力以及與全球網通產業上下游供應鏈緊密的夥伴關係，讓智邦能夠在網通領域中佔有一席之地，讓智邦在網路通訊產業已經成為享譽全球的OEM/ODM領導廠商。
