1. All LLH TW project development and execution activities associated with scope definition, budget development and management, schedule and execution strategy development and implementation from concept assessment to on-stream.
2. Identifies and provides issue resolutions and lead efforts in solving on-going & potential problems
3. Continuously monitors and evaluates project effectiveness and ensure procedures are abided by in meeting project deliverables
4. Manages project execution team with regular status reviews and addresses issues as appropriate
5. Enforces standard policies and SHEQ procedures are aligned within the project execution
6. Effectively communicates with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternate business solutions and strategies
7. Continuously defines ways to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships during project execution phases.
8. Establishes clear transition plans between project development and execution teams to enable on-time delivery and as per Linde LiMSS, LLH or ISO requirements .
9. Maintains good working relationship amongst internal teams, customers and local authorities.
10. Mitigate project risks and enhance reward opportunities in technical and execution strategy negotiations.
11. Acts as pivotal channel for communicating information internally to enable ready insight and collaboration by the key functions as well as pragmatic representation of the key value drivers and the business case.
12. Lead the effort in obtaining all project specific permits, approvals and licences
13. Oversee project schedule and payment status
14. Coordinate engineering case warranty issue.
15. Regularly reviews of project progress and CAPEX approval with senior management.
16. Co- work with Business Development team, share bidding information .communication and work out best strategy and solution.

其他條件
1. 具備參與專案20年以上經驗,擔任專案經理(總籌畫)10年以上
2. 具備建廠經驗
3. 熟悉配管工程與土木工程
4. 精通英語
5. 具氣體公司經驗尤佳,化學、化工相關產業亦可
6. 帶領團隊經驗,溝通能力佳
7. 具備問題解決能力與帶領變革能力
8. 具備跨文化跨專業協作能力
