1. Familiar with IATF 16949, APQP, and DFMEA automotive quality processes.
2. Experience with aluminum die-cast housings, busbars, wiring harnesses, and highpower
module integration.
3. Knowledge of automotive environmental and durability requirements (temperature,
vibration, waterproof, dustproof).
4. Experience in structural, vibration, thermal, and electrical safety analysis and design.
5. Experience with water-cooling, sealing (IP67/IP6K9K), or high-power systems is a
plus.
6. Experience in Tier-1 or system-level automotive suppliers is highly desirable.
工作內容
1. Mechanical design and development of automotive Power Distribution Units (PDU)
and X-in-1 high-integration power systems.
2. Design housings, including aluminum die-cast structures, cooling channels, sealing
concepts, and thermal-mechanical integration.
3. Conduct mechanical strength, vibration, durability, and reliability design and analysis
to meet automotive environmental requirements.
4. Create and maintain 3D/2D drawings, DFMEA, and technical documentation for
components and assemblies.
5. Collaborate with suppliers on DFM, CAE review, and manufacturing feasibility.
6. Support NPI activities, from prototype builds and verification to mass production,
solving mechanical and design issues.
7. Participate in design reviews and technical discussions with global customers to
ensure compliance with automotive system requirements.
8. Assist in analyzing production or quality issues, proposing mechanical improvements,
and tracking verification results.
